TOTAL RENOVATION
AREA: KOUKAKI

Τwo dwelling building of 1937. The second floor and the rooftop needed a radical renovation, both inside and out, the first floor only some small-scale interventions. My contribution concerned the aesthetic part, as well as interior design proposals.

The house itself was our valuable guide for the renovation, as its original style characteristics were ideal. Freshness and practicality were the elements it needed for a second life.

It was not possible to photograph the outcome, but here are some of the ideas we worked on.

Basic change, the kitchen of the second floor was moved from the back of the house to the front (the triptych living-dining rooms) and this space was formed into a second bedroom.

I believe that a beautiful space has the magic power to sooth the mind and soul, help us concentrate and be creative.
