The apartment is located in a typical apartment building of the 1970s. The new owner wanted to completely renovate it in order to rent it.

Initially we had a long and narrow living room area next to the kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a w.c.. The basic idea for the remodeling was to form a single space of the kitchen and the living room.
