Old caretaker’s residence on the edge of a large estate.

It needed a complete renovation in order to accommodate the owner’s children and their friends, since an ambitious BMX track was built on the property. The brief was “practical, beautiful, BMX-resistant…”. The outdoor space was designed accordingly, with built-in sofas, an outdoor fireplace, a barbecue, and a small room for making tsipouro from the estate’s vines.

The space consisted of a single reception area with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Finally, we managed to design a living room – dining area, an autonomous kitchen, two master bedrooms and a w.c.. Oh, and the necessary small entrance hall. A small house for 4-6 people.
